More room on half-page voter cards
- ImprovedHalf-page voter cards show only the nearest early voting location and nearest Election Day location, leaving more room for the ballot. Full-page cards and precinct websites keep both five-location lists.

Precinct pages, polished
- NewPrecinct workspaces now write their own welcome message, tailored to the chair's party. Chairs can still edit it.
- NewPrecinct chairs pick their own primary, secondary and accent colors, and can add a photo of themselves and a header photo to their public page.
- NewVisitors can download the chair's voter card straight from the public precinct page, full page or half page.
- NewBallot slates are double-checked against the county's official sample ballot when one is available, and nonpartisan races are included. Chairs choose which candidates appear on their page and card.
- ImprovedPolling places now come from the county's official lists: the 5 closest early voting sites and the 5 closest Election Day sites, all inside the precinct's own county.
- NewPublic precinct pages show a map of the precinct with every suggested early voting and Election Day site marked, plus highlighted lists for each.
- ImprovedThe public changelog and precinct chair pages now have the same header and footer as the homepage, and Precinct Chairs is in the top navigation.
- FixedPhoto uploads for precinct pages and campaign headers were rejected with a permission error. Uploads now work.
- FixedThe printable voter card now reads "Questions? Contact" before the chair's name.

Precinct chair workspaces
- NewPrecinct chairs can request their own account. Each request is reviewed by hand, and approval sets up a workspace with every voter in their precinct.
- NewChairs can be given more territory: extra precincts or any existing district.
- NewBallot slate: list your party's candidates, with headshots found on Ballotpedia or uploaded. Once a candidate has a photo, changes need Compass approval.
- NewPublic precinct page at /pct/county/number-party, for example /pct/harris/0813-dem, with voting dates, polling place, the slate and a neighbor signup form.
- NewPrintable voter card: full page, or half page with two cards per sheet to cut down the middle. The precinct chair disclaimer is filled in automatically.

Fixes
- FixedTurf cutting map: zooming in with the mouse wheel, double-click or the zoom buttons now works. The map used to snap back to the starting view every time.
- FixedFinance reports: the first expenditure's payee address on Schedule G was left blank on the local form, which has no box for it. The address is now printed in the right spot.
- FixedDashboard numbers: the counts timed out on large voter files and showed dashes. They now load in a couple of seconds.

- NewFilled Form C/OH reports now include Schedule E for loans.
- ImprovedExpenditure categories are a drop-down of the official Texas Ethics Commission categories, and entries not yet filed can be edited.

- NewCampaign finance page under Profile & website: add contributions and expenditures one at a time or upload a CSV or Excel file, then export them as a CSV.
- NewDownload a filled Form C/OH campaign finance report using the official Texas Ethics Commission fillable form, for state or local filers. FEC Form 3 is available as the official blank form, since federal reports are filed electronically.
- NewDeadline reminders: add your filing deadlines, or one-click add the standard Texas semiannual and before-election dates. Upcoming deadlines show on the finance page and your dashboard.
- NewTreasurer forms: fill and download the official Form CTA to appoint a treasurer, or Form ACTA to change one, and save the new treasurer to your profile.
- ImprovedDonations update the matching person in Compass: missing contact details are filled in, they are tagged as a donor, and the gift is logged on their record.
- ImprovedVoter files for all 38 Texas congressional districts are being added in the background.

- ImprovedTurf cutting now offers three ways to make turfs: draw your own, turn a district into one, or let the app find the best blocks for you.
